Coronavirus FAQs: Your order and delivery questions answered

  1. Can I still place an order?

    Yes. It is business as usual. We are taking and shipping orders as normal.

  2. Are delivery times being affected?

    It is possible that a small number of deliveries may experience short delays, due to circumstances beyond our control. But we are working hard to maintain as smooth a service as possible during this unprecedented situation. And respectfully ask for your patience and understanding.

  3. Can I cancel my order?

    Yes. If you wish to cancel your order, we are happy to issue a refund so long as:

    • Your order has not yet been dispatched.
    • Your local courier has not blocked the return of your order

    Orders help in quarantine cannot be refunded until they are released.

  4. Are there any territories not being delivered to?

    Currently all orders are being shipped as normal, in all territories. If this situation changes, we will keep you updated via the website.

  5. Is it safe to receive packages? What are the risks involved?

    The risk of contamination from an infected person in the supply chain is extremely low. Likewise, catching the COVID-19 virus from goods that have been exposed to the variety of conditions and temperatures is also very low.

    In addition, we can confirm our delivery partners and associates are observing the latest government guidelines, regarding social distancing and hygiene.
